The New York Times had a terrific post that illustrates perfectly how media is changing. It’s a story on how different presidential administrations have reacted to economic crisises. There is a compelling timeline and some text, but most of the information is convey through audio recordings with economists. This is a way of communicating not possible in any other medium. It’s not incredibly high-tech or flashy — it’s just a great way of conveying information to people.
